Let me make this perfectly clear, I am not making a dime on this so I don't want anybody trying to sue me. This book has been out of print since 1979 and is fair use.
If somebody wants to get this book they can look on ebay, you might find it at a reasonable price like I did or not. I am posting this for two reasons. So I can have my cake and eat it too and so that others can enjoy it like I did so many years ago.
